Light Summer Barbeque Salad

A refreshing and easy-to-make salad perfect for summer gatherings, featuring grilled vegetables and a zesty dressing.


  • Assorted Vegetables (e.g. Courgette, Bell Peppers, Corn).
  • Mixed Greens or Lettuce
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • Feta Cheese, Crumbled
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Avocado


  1. Grill the vegetables until lightly charred and tender.
  2. Toss the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the grilled vegetables and avocado on top of the salad.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
